Thomas H. Rossback, Law Clerk

Thomas H. Rossback is the youngest son of Firm founder Kenneth E. Rossback and younger brother of firm Attorney Edward L. Rossback.  

Tom obtained his undergraduate degree in 2009 from Idaho State University in Rhetoric and Organizational Communication.  Follow completion of his undergraduate degree, Tom came to work for Rossback Law, where he enrolled in the Washington State Bar Association's Law Clerk Program.  As a part of the law clerk program Tom hopes to become enter the practice of law after passing the state bar exam.

Edward L. Rossback,  Attorney

Edward Rossback is, in fact, the son of the firm owner and brother of the firm's law clerk.

Edward grew up in Gig Harbor Washington and is a graduate of Gig Harbor High School.  Following High School Edward served a church mission Western Visayan Islands of the Republic of the Philippines.  As a result of Edward's time in the Philippines, he can speak Cebuano and Ilonggo. 

Edward graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University-Hawaii with a degree in Mathematics.  Following his undergraduate eduation, Edward recieved a legal education through the Washington State Bar Association's Law Clerk Program.  Successful completion of the Law Clerk program allows a person to meet the educational requirements to sit for the Washington State Bar Exam. 

In 2013, Edward passed the bar exam and was admitted to the State Bar and the Bar of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. 

During Edward's legal practice he has represented individuals in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy matters, adoptions, guardianships, and probates.

In his spare time, Edward enjoys spending time with his wife, and their cat. 

Kenneth E. Rossback,  1957-2018

​The second of four children Kenneth Edward Rossback was born in Bakersfield California in 1957.

Ken was married to his wife 1979 in California. He was father to two Sons.  Ken was also a beloved Grandfather to his seven grandchildren. 

Ken was raised in Southern California where he completed his elementary education through the 12th grade. Ken then served is country in the United States Navy from 1976 to 1982. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Central Arkansas in 1986. Ken attended Willamette University School of Law in Salem Oregon from 1986 to 1989. 

Ken was a well-respected Attorney in the Puget Sound area practicing law for over 28 years. He was also the founder of Rossback Law Firm, establishing his firm 1990.

Ken was an active member and past president of the Port Orchard Lions Club. Ken enjoyed spending time with his Wife, his sons and their wives, as well as his grandchildren whom he adored. 

Ken passed away in Tacoma, Washington on November 29, 2018 surrounded by family members and close friends.  Ken was survived by his Mother, wife, sisters, sons, daugthers-in-law,  grandchildren, and dog Toby.

Ken will be greatly missed by his family and many colleagues in the legal community.
